Good company!
When I received my order, one of the rolls of elastic was the wrong size (5 yds vs. 100 yds). I contacted the company and they quickly sent out a replacement roll. I'm happy with my purchase and the response from the company.

Very Happy with Service & Product
Very happy with the service and products from this company. I've been ordering FOE (fold over elastic) from them for the past 2 months and although I pay for the slowest shipping (7 days), I always get my order within 2-3 days. The variety of elastics they stock is fantastic and the quality is perfect!

Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire
If honesty is a hallmark of this company, do not do business with them The elastic arrived in a neat little cardboard sleeve upon which was a affixed a proud little "Made in USA" sticker. Under the little sticker the original printing on the cardboard was "Made in China". I don't care if it is made on the Moon, but I do care that companies I do business with are honest. Too bad I cannot post the pictures I took.
