I wrote a review on 12-9-22. Dog tag art responded on 12-28-2022, but I can't find how to comment on their response. All I can say is that is a whole bunch of excuses from them. Still not impressed. The metal tags have held strong for 10 years. No need for the cheap plastic with fuzy print.

Poor quality
Poor quality, Tag fell off and was lost within 2 days.

Thank you for your feedback! There could be many reasons that a tag falls off a collar. Our tags can not "break" around the tag hole. They are solid stainless steel. It might have been the culprit of the key ring provided to attach the tag. We offer a Lifetime Warranty for every tag we sell. We will happily replace it even if it is lost. Tag Quality
Not extremely impressed of the tag that we got. Love the idea but the tag after a little bit of playing has already begun to wear off the name and numbers. Definitely not something that can be worn on an everyday basis. Better off going with an etched tag.

Thank you for your feedback! Our tags are guaranteed for the life of your pet to be legible. If your tag has already started wearing after a short time the most likely culprit is the tag being chewed by your pet. Most customers have a legible tag for many many years and their pets wear the tag on a daily basis, however dog teeth can destroy any tag pretty quickly whether the information is etched or not. I never received my order. I contacted customer service and no one responded. :(

It can take 3 - 4 weeks for international orders to arrive with customs backups and increased delivery times due to the global pandemic. I've ordered from Dog Tag Art at least 3 times now. My most recent order did not arrive. Lost in shipping perhaps yet no one has responded to my email request re a replacement?

I received the wrong image on the front…
I received the wrong image on the front of my dog's tag. I have sent 3 emails to the company trying to get this fixed and never received any replies. I guess I'm stuck with a $20 tag i don't want. I will never order from this company again.

We are sorry you were disappointed in your ID tag. We try to make it very clear on our website how the tags will look and show you detailed previews of the front and back of the tag. There are also several example images on each product page. Our printing process has advantages over engraving because the contact information is easier to read, remains legible much longer and will not wear away over time. We do have a Lifetime Guarantee. Your fully personalized custom tag shipped less than 24 hours after you placed the order. It should have arrived to you in no more than 5 business days. Please call us at 1-855-364-8242 or visit the "Contact Us" page on the website. Unfortunately, if you do not contact us we do not know that there is an issue with the delivery of your order. It is possible that your order got misplaced by the USPS on its way to you or there might be an issue with your address on file. Either way, we are happy to ship you out a new order via expedited shipping, free of charge. The USPS does occasionally make mistakes and we always want to make sure you get the tag you ordered.

Horrible service
Horrible service. Not honouring delivery period. No tracking for the package. Unsatisfying answers. Never again! Edit after reply: All that you said should be written somewhere and customers should be informed BEFORE buying the product!!! You offered me another order? For what?? To wait another month?? It is not the customers fault that you cannot cover your costs. You should charge more or you should not deliver in country "such" Romania. Shame on you.

We apologize for the delay in getting your tag via international shipping to Romania. International shipping has been highly delayed for months due to the COVID pandemic and issues with customs backlog in all countries. You are following the delivery period for domestic USA orders (3 -5 Days). This is not the same for international customers. International shipping is very unpredictable and depends highly on your own country's postal delivery service. It is nearly impossible to get an international order delivered in 3 - 5 days on a $19.00 product that has free shipping. The shipping alone for this delivery time frame with accurate tracking would be over $70.00. Our service department happily offered to ship you out another order, free of charge.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
Ordered a tag. Was charged for it and never received it. Tried to contact them and they say my email is not valid. I checked like 10 times to make sure it was. They make it impossible to contact them after they have stolen your money.

If you have not received your tag in 4 - 6 business days please call us and let us know and we will send you out a replacement shipment free of charge. We have a toll free number (1-855-364-8242) that is manned by our helpful employees who are happy to assist you. You can also email our customer service team directly at [email protected]. Please look to the thousands of 5 star reviews over years and years. No one is stealing your money. The USPS probably misplaced your order or there was an issue with the delivery address. There has been a documented uptick in these issues with the USPS due to the COVID pandemic. We are always happy to send you out another shipment if your original one fails to be delivered by the USPS.

Way too small
Way too small. Can't even get it on my dog's collar (and she's only 20 lbs)

It didn’t last long at all. All the print rubbed off.

The print and graphics should never "rub" off our tags. Our tags are made so that the printing will last several years as it is infused deep within the surface of the tag. Every tag we sell is guaranteed for the life of your pet. Please contact customer service via telephone, email, or chat and we will be happy to send you a brand new tag, free of charge. We would be very interested to see photos of your tags so we can tell what happened in this instance and why your print rubbed off after a short time. This is a little perplexing and is not normal at all.

We have checked our records and your customized tag shipped out to you the same day that you placed the order and should have arrived to you in 3 to 5 business days thereafter via USPS. Due to the current pandemic there has been an uptick in delivery issues on the USPS side. Our phone lines are open from 9:00am - 4:00am EST time. It is possible that our customer service staff were helping other customers at the time of your call. Redesign fail
Following email was sent 2 weeks ago with no reply... I'd really like to express how unhappy I am with the new tags I ordered from you. I used your ID tags for the past 10 years almost. I wanted to get a new set and a medical tag for one of my new dogs. I placed an order for 2 tags and with tax invested a significant amount of cash. The circle rings you gave us to attach them with the tags are worthless. They are cheap and pull apart as you are attemtping to thread the tag on to it. So tried an S hook next, with the triangle design impossible to get to lay flat. Then I went to a small carabiner on Amazon (investing even more money) and no luck there either. The triangle hole is too small to get the carabiner through. I'd really like to request a refund but doubt is possible with it being a custom order therefore, please acccept my displeasure with the new design.
