I cannot appreciate enough, the excellent customer service I received from Gustavo to address a difficult situation, in finding a specific Commercial General Liability Policy. In a very short time,Gustavo found a suitable policy,he not only listened to my particular situation,but he was reassuring,due to his professionalism and experience Without question, Gustavo is extremely diligent, professional, polite,and extremely knowledgeable in answering the detailed questions I asked about exclusions + coverage.There was constant communication and correspondence with Gustavo, and made the experience extremely satisfying, and it is a testament of his true professionalism in the field of insurance! My absolute appreciation, Gustavo! It is also extremely important to mention that Sheryl, Gustavo's assistant, did an absolutely fantastic job in follow up with correspondence, and follow through in sending certificate of insurance to various clients, immediately. As with Gustavo, when I had question, it was immediately addressed. It does not get any better as a team, It was an absolute pleasure working with both !!
