Better way to offer promotions
Better way to offer promotions Clicking around the site was easy. I like the ability to zoom in on the pictures. I also like that the connector types are clearly listed. However, when I was click around, a pop up with a discount code was presented. It offered to save the code for check out, which I clicked to save. When I got to the check out, the discount code was not there. I should have wrote it down, but since the pop up offered to save it, I took advantage of it. Lesson learned.

hard to find cable look no further
I was looking for a hard to find cable. Came across is on c2g website. Was very pleased to find I could place an order without making an account. I already have a lot to keep track of. The check out process was fast and easy. Shipping was good. Was pleased with my purchase. Thank you all at c2g.

it was easy to use the web site but there is no where to request C of C (Certificate of conformance), Additionally, there are no directions as to where to send the tax exempt certificate.

Not Strictly Their Fault, But...
This was an easy transaction and I don't blame C2G directly, but the shipping charges for a simple power cord are outrageous. I understand freight is in the stratosphere right now, but come on, $6.00 for one cord?
