I worked with Lana who was professional, fast, energetic, and creative to put together a shirt that exceeded our expectations. I needed the shirts fast for a commitment and we had the proof in hours for approval and the order was completed and shipped in a day. Will definitly use them again for our needs.

The proof is NOT what it seems
The proof is NOT what it seems When I received the order - it was fast, packaged great and the colors were on point however, the whole colors had pieces that were missing as well as colors that ran into other colors. The writing was very digitalized on the shirt vs smooth lettering. I submitted the review on bolt.com and received a response that they would like a picture sent to them with what the shirt looked like. I submitted the picture back to the rep at Bolt (Nicole T), and she responded letting me know that the image supplied with the order was low resolution - so when the artwork was resized the small imperfections are magnified. She apologized because they should've put a note on my proof indicating this and asked for a better file to work with. She admitted it was Bolt's mistake. She asked if I wanted the shirts reprinted, or a 50% off refund, and when I asked for the refund, I didn't get the refund and I didn't get the response. Please make sure that if you order from here to make sure your proof is what "will" print on your product, but keep in mind that they don't always tell you that the picture provided is not good quality. Out $400.00 and 22 messy shirts.

Hi Gwen, First off, we're sorry to hear you're disappointed. As you mentioned, the underlying issue was that we were provided with a low-quality art file. Some of the problems with the artwork were fairly visible on the proof (certainly on a computer screen, even without enlarging the photo), while others would've been hard to spot. Because we felt there was a quality issue, we decided to issue you a refund (as was discussed on the phone). According to our records, the refund was issued at 1:34 PM on September 8th, which was a few hours after you updated your review that same day (at 11:35am on September 8th). If you didn't receive it, please let us know. However, judging from the listed dates, I assume it was just a matter of timing. Sorry about the problem. Great prices
Great prices. Best prices I could find on a smaller quantity order (12). Great work. They missed one (') on a quotation mark, which probably wouldn't have been noticed by anyone but fortunately I was able to put my heat transfer vinyl abilities to use to perfect the batch.

Fast & Great Price!
