BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I ordered 2 stretch braided belts (identical to the one I already own, just different color) in size M 34-36. When they arrived it was obvious that they were mis-labeled & actually were closer to a size L 40+. I sent them back via Wal-Mart. Now I'm being charged a return shipping fee for their mis-labeled product. On-line customer chat choose to ignore my request for assistance & closed that chat conversation w?o any assistance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'd give no stars if possible.

Tried to cancel, Immediately after purchasing
Immediately after purchasing, I called to cancel. I left a voice mail with my name, order number and return phone number. Got no reply. I then sent 2 emails asking to please cancel. NO REPLY. I had to go through PayPal before they deigned to answer me, to which they replied that they never received anything from me asking to cancel. This is absolutely unacceptable. They tell you right on their website to call if you need to cancel. What's the point?! I do NOT recommend this company. They took 4 days before even shipping, yet told me it was shipped and they cannot cancel now. Maybe if you would have replied when first contacted, you could have canceled the item. Negligent

Never recieved full order
Ordered a "pajama set", only the top came and the color was so vastly different than what was on their website, which looked more like a bluish grey. The pajama set was overpriced anyway.. feel sick to my stomach to have blown over $35 for nothing. Too many liars and thieves in this world, that's for sure!

Don’t Buy From Them
Do not shop at this company. I tried calling to ask a few questions about a $6,000.00 order I was going to place. I tried over 20 times on different days and times, BUT no one would answer the phone except a Robot. Poor Customer Service so I will spend my money elsewhere.

I placed one star here because it's the only way I can write a review. Beware of ordering from here. Period. Two "single" cotton hankerchiefs, totaling $26.00. They are selling items at 3X to 4X cost and are not who you THINK you have placed your order thru, which is BELK stores. BELK should be ashamed of their poor vendor (marketplace) selections. If you order from BELK on-line... Beware! Cannot reach this company by phone. Cannot return items. Cannot get help from BELK either. Thank goodness only $26.00 and not a large purchase. Thank goodness.

Avoid BeltOutlet.com
The belt I ordered is not even close to the size it was supposed to be. Furthermore, try online to initiate a return (you can't) or to get someone to answer the phone to arrange a return. BeltOutlet and Belk Dept Stores have lost a customer.

Danbury is exceptional quality.
I purchased this Danbury belt to replace the one that I had previously gotten from Dockers. While they looked exactly alike, it is quite obvious that the quality of the Danbury belt is by far the better belt.

I found everything I needed for gifts! Since the season ended. ,everything was on sale. Plus I received a coupon for Mom's Day for ladies items! I was very.happy.with all the items I purchased. I ordered elastic braided belts several…
I ordered elastic braided belts several years ago and loved them. So when I change the sizes, I went back to BeltOutlet.com for more belts. The black braided elastic belts are 4 inches shorter than the other colors. It doesn’t seem to matter which size; the black ones are always shorter. My blue braided elastic belt started to unravel at the tab after only the second wearing. I’m a little disappointed this time around.
