My experience was flawlessly executed from the easy navigation of the site to the real time communication tracking and fast delivery of my purchase. When I recieve my products I realize they were A bit to small.. so reached out to support to query about exchange. I was shock of how fast the response was to my exchange . I 100% recommend this business not only for there quality service but also for their superior products.

Amtify is big JOKE. Do not order from them
I place an order. After 2 weeks not getting any email, I contact support. They got back to me in 2 days and tell me they will check . Another 5 long days, still get nothing. Contact them again and was told they will go ahead and push my order (it is a lie ). They finally shipped my order in another 5 days. While i was tracking the packag (3 days), i got an email today saying my order is damaged. I was asked to wait or to get refund . I would suggest customers not to get into this mess like me. Now is the drama to get refund. This cost too much time and effort.

Stay Far Away From This Company
I ordered a sweater sold by this company on the Kmart site. The items I ordered directly from Kmart and Sears came with no problem at all. I placed all orders on Jan 29, 2019. I originally got an email stating the item would be here on Feb 9, 2019. I get an update and it tells me it will actually be here on the 8th of Feb a day earlier. I check the mail and instead of getting the item I get a note and some fidget spinner to relieve stress. The note states your item is popular and we are out of stock. I call no answer, I email and get a response back in 1 day. They now change the story and say there was a glitch in the system and my order along with tons of other orders were in the glitch. The offer to refund 15% of the total price back. They say please give us a little longer to get the item to you. I do this and give them another 10 days and even email them again. I call Kmart to let them know as well. They take notes and send to the company also. This time no response back what so ever. I just called my bank to dispute the charges. I will never order from this company again. I will let others know as well do not order from them. They will take your money in a heartbeat, but not deliver on their end. You wonder why Kmart is in such bad shape working with partners like this WHO ROB and STEAL FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE. Your COMPANY should be ashamed of yourselves. If you couldn't deliver on the product you promised then you should not be selling it to customers. I REPEAT AVOID this company at all cost unless you want to just give them money for nothing at all.

We've been around for 7 years, have 140k plus social media followers, including over 67k on fb, thousands of customers, and great clothes (ok, we're biased), so we can't be all bad. Try to Avoid
The number of chances I've taken with this business illustrates the danger of intermittent reinforcement. The first 2 vests I purchased were great, and identical to one another. The 3rd one was supposedly the same size and same type of vest, but it was about 50% bigger than the first 2 and thus ill-fitting. Unfortunately when you receive a dud from Amtify, you are in a tough position. Their policies are remarkably customer-unfriendly: you are to pay the return shipping, and you are only offered store credit for the amount you paid - not counting shipping. Let's continue. The jacket I got was alright, but it had bunch of bizarre patches on it that said "Fashion Cowboy" or whatever. I don't wear it because I am not a fashion cowboy. The deal with the trench coats...good LORD. There was initial drama about the coat that I bought being out of stock, and they offered to send me a replacement, but forgot to actually send it...anyway, I did eventually receive it and it was really good. I liked it so much I ordered another. Unfortunately, the second one they sent was lined in faux fur and was very much not the same as the first one I got. I have this eccentric habit about expecting to receive the item that is pictured on the website. I returned it, got another and it was somehow a different variant from both the first and the second. Customer service offered the explanation that they work with suppliers who replace styles with different versions. Oh the other coat I ordered, I really hate cause it has a random flap that serves no purpose. But I figured I'd just donate it. I have a lot of Amtify things to donate to charity right now. Bottom line, you must have a lot of money or be especially brave to be buying clothes without trying them out first. You can't inspect them visually, or count on the garment that ends up in your mail box to be the same as the one pictured on the site. You won't know that it fits well or that it's comfortable. And as I mentioned with Amtify's store credit and customer-footed returns, you will be punished for taking too many risks. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the 2 vests and first trench coat I got were actually really good. I am happy to have them in my wardrobe. And it only took a combined 7 purchases and 3 returns to find 3 garments I like. Not a great rate, but I'm batting 0-for-1 with some other online retailers.

Ordered for Xmas Presents 11/21/22 and…
Ordered for Xmas Presents 11/21/22 and received 12/08/2022. No labels, tags, country of origin, washing instructions on the garments themselves. No, packing slip, invoice or return information included with my order. Took me days of going through cc statements, orders, deliveries etc. to find the company. Was told the window for return had expired and would not be eligible for a refund. DO NOT BUY if you need to return anything.
