amtify.com is an online store that sells "latest trendy and stylish kpop fashion" clothing. There are a few reviews about odd-sizing - the site has tried to correct this by posting very clearly about the sizing on each of the items: Size: M (M = US XS) ect. So be sure to read the descriptions below the images, and choose correctly - if you have questions, ask before you order. The site offers Live Help, a contact web form, and a toll free phone number. McAfee SiteAdvisor, BlackListAlert.org, and AVG found no issues with this site. Google Malware Diagnostic Tool reported this site as safe. Ratings and Stats were as listed at time of this review.

HORRIBlE
Amtify has caused nothing but headache after headache for me. I ordered a coat in November for Christmas. I didn't receive the coat until after new year and the coat that I received was a different size then what was advertised. I tried contacting customer service multiple times because there was no return information included in the package, I had sent numerous emails and multiple phone calls; with no response I opened a dispute through my credit card which then got customer service to reach out to me But not my card. It is now February and I am still dealing with the dispute because the company has lied about contacting them and what I contacted them about. This is a horrible company simply because of their lack of customer service. Do not order from this company because of their horrible service and the truth of it is the quality of there clothing isn't even worth the headache,

Dear Collen. According to Paypal record, this order was being chargeback from your card issuer and funds has been recovered from our account to your card issuer on Jan 27th. We have emailed you few times explaining that since the amount has been chargeback already and there's no way we can process another refund to you card issuer. Scam
Do not order anything from this scam of a company. In the real world, you can order an item online and return it if it doesn't fit,etc for a refund. Not at Amtify. I am $79 in a cheap, tiny jacket and $25 in returns to some remote corner of the world out of luck with no rhyme or reason why. It's the Amtify way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Good experience. Purchased few skincare devices from Amtify
Bought few skincare devices from Amtify and also shipped them to my customers. Don't have any problem except shipping time took over a week to arrive. Everything is ok other than that. If they can improve the shipping time, it would be perfect.

Good, just make sure to go up in sizing
I got a long sleeve shirt from amtify. I went up by 2 sizes up according to the size table. Quality is OK considering what I'm paying for. Just need to make sure sizing before ordering. Either than that, pretty good!

Reliable on-line seller / Excellent after-sale service
I ordered 2 skin care devices from Amtify paying with my credit card. Amtify Customer Support contacted me almost right away regarding the availability of their products to suggest a replacement due to the one I ordered was unfortunately out of stock at that time. Further email contacts were just as prompt as the initial one. The device I ultimately received was the new version of the one I originally ordered, which was out of stock. They offered me a $10 credit as a way to make up for the inconvenience of having to switch unexpectedly from one version of the product to a newer version. Delivery was fast and smooth. Brief, reliable on-line seller in terms of customer contact, customer dealing, delivery, and payment. The big PLUS about Amtify is their excellent after sale service. I lost the manual for one of the skin care devices, so had to contact them in the hope to get another copy of it. They emailed me the manual as attachment within 48 hours or sooner. The purchase was made almost 6 months ago! That's really amazing.

Amtify is beginning to make me think they are fraud
And here is why, on december 26th i made my order and i had recieved no information and on the 31st i sent an email and got one back in return i got a tracking number that said allow 2-3 days for update so on the 5th i sent another email stating how aggrivated i was and where my product was for invoice number 0000020495 and the tracking number from ups still did not work! So in return i got an email saying they would get back to me in 12 hours...as current its 24 hours later ive sent 3 more emails woth no response and various phone calls with no answer

Zero Followup - I too feel as though they are frauds
I ordered a vest back in November. It was an XL, but wouldn't fit over my shoulder. I returned it as per their instructions in early December. I still have not received a credit for the item. I received an email from them on January 12th saying I would hear back in 1-2 days. It has now been 21 days and I have emailed and called with zero response.

No replies, bad cust service, probably a scam
I made a purchase and I received a confirmation email from amtify which also includes the tracking number. However, after almost 10 days, the tracking number still couldnt be found in usps tracking service, although they state that I have to wait for 1-4 days for the tracking number to be updated into usps system. I contacted amtify through their 24 hour customer service and I received ZERO replies even after 48 hours. Dont buy from this site.

No idea where my Package is
I ordered a jacket a couple of weeks ago, recieving confirmation that I paid for it. After that, I've had no confirmation that it has been sent, and no idea where or if my package is coming. Hoping it's not a scam, but poor review nonetheless.

Slow, inconsistant communication
I placed an order on the 12th of April. They said it would take 3-5 days to receive my tracking number. On the 17th I still hadn't received anything. I emailed them and they said in 1-3 days they would reply by Monday the 20th. It's now the 21st and I still haven't heard anything and every time I try to email them I get the same automated reply saying that they will get back to me in 1-3 days. I finally heard back from them late this evening (10:50 p.m. on the 21st) All in all, its not even the slow processing time that is the problem, but the slow response time. As I'm sure anyone would agree, when you buy something online you want to make sure you're not being scammed, if Amtify wants to get better reviews, I would suggest contacting their customers sooner via email, even if they have no information to provide, just to keep us in the loop and not panicking. Very slow, inconsistent communication, if I had just received a few emails back telling me they were still waiting on the tracking information or giving me an accurate estimated wait time then the tune of this review would be a much happier one I'm sure.

THEY ARE THIEVES
I had brought a jacket which was described differently on website. When contacted they assured to return me the money - so I sent back the product in new unopened condition. Its been 6 weeks I haven't got my money back. After several emails and false statements- I would like to let buyers know that this is some company from Asia- with no way to contact directly , worst customer service so STAY AWAY. Don't get carried away with their clothes that look pretty- they'll rob you off your money.

Never Again!!
“Unprofessional” - Placed an order for a long sleeve shirt and a jacket on September 14th. It is now September 30th and I have not received my package. Unheard of. Matter of fact, my package did not arrive to USPS until 11 days had passed. 11 days. Even then I had to contact Amtify because I had not received any notice of shipment. And they do not have a contact number. Broken promises to contact the shipper and blaming it all on shipping. (11 days). Not to mention the unusual sizing chart. So, if this package ever does arrive the items probably will not fit. I have asked for a refund twice now. Was told to be patient and now they don't reply at all. And do not even try to write a reply to this review Amtify stating how you tried to satisfy me. Sixteen days later and I do not have my package. Tracking even said the package was delayed and sent back to South Carolina from North Carolina. Not even coming from another country and still takes 16 days. I once ordered custom Nike shoes from Chinese Taipei and they came quicker than Amtify. Unheard of and unhappy. Knew I shouldn't have placed this order. Regretful, unhappy and out $72. Smh.
