Thank you for taking the time to let us know. I see from the tracking, the order left our warehouse within 24 hours. Unfortunately, sometimes shipping companies face hiccups in travel. Our customer service department mentioned they have already sent you updated tracking, and should arrive on Friday. I'm sure you will be hearing from them again before then. Quick delivery and great product.
