Our first contact with you company was by phone. My husband spoke with Mike Ellin. He was very friendly and helpful. When we came in to your facility, we found it to be a large, orderly, well stocked business. We were thrilled. It was like being a kid in a candy shop! We met Mike, and he showed us around and gave us a lot of pointers and ideas. He made upn a wish list for us, and we went home to think about it. It was a little difficult getting him by phone, but on our 2nd trip in, he spent a lot of time with us again, until people started waiting for him, and we let him go. He's a very popular guy, and everyone seems to like him. We will definitely use you again.
